At Hiral Health, we value your trust and are committed to providing you with high-quality supplements. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Returns & Refund Policy is designed to make the process simple and transparent.
Eligibility for Returns
- Products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Returns are accepted only if the product is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.
- For health and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.
- The product is returned in original condition (with brand /manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual/inserts and outer carton.)
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- For the products that are returned by the customer, the refund is issued to the original payment method (in case of pre-paid transactions) or to the bank account.
Refund for Pay on Delivery Orders:
- For Pay/Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account (via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT)).
Exchanges
- We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- To request an exchange, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving the order.

Note: Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts. The name on your Hiral Health account should match with the name of the bank account holder. Hiral Health reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions. Offers, discounts, and free products are non-refundable.
